PRIVATE CREMATION (ashes returned)
We pick up your pet from your veterinarian when ready for cremation. We cremate your pet's body separately and process to a sand-like ash called cremains
We take special care to track your pet from the time of pick up from your veterinarian through the cremation stages until returned to your veterinarian for you to take home.
The cremains are bagged within a scatter box; each item sealed and labeled. A cremation certificate is enclosed. The box goes back to you through your veterinarian in a double-handled, tagged bag for discreet transport home.
COMMUNAL CREMATION (ashes not returned)
We cremate your pet's body with the bodies of other animals. The cremains are then respectfully placed by us in a lovely setting in the West Kootenay area. Please consult your veterinarian for this cost.
Private or communal cremation cost is based on your animal's weight. Please consult your veterinarian for this cost.
NOTE: If you do not use a veterinarian, call us at (250) 364-3130 for our economical cremation prices starting below $200. Service outside a veterinarian's office often necessitates home pickup and delivery by us and includes a small fee each way. You may prefer to do your own delivery to and from us in Trail, with no costs applied.

We provide a number of urns in a variety of shapes, colours and prices. Please order through your veterinarian or call us at (250) 364-3130. Ashes returned with an urn may require more time for delivery.
