Both private and communal cremation costs are based on your animals weight. Call us at 250-364-3130 with your animal's weight and tell us which cremation service you want. We will give you the
cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques and e-transfers at the time of receiving your pet and before cremation begins.

Can you cremate toys, bedding, or clothing with my pet?

Small items only, as larger items will affect the ash result.

Can I freeze my pet until I can afford the cremation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, not a problem. When ready, bring in your pet in it's frozen state for cremation or call us for pick up at no cost to you

How long does it take for ashes (cremains) to be returned to me?

Usually ashes are ready for return in a week's time.

Yes any pet, up to 150 lbs.

We cremate any animal from +0-.5kgs (+0-1.1lbs)  to +50-70kgs (+110-154lbs)
